Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) and Institut Teknologi Dan Bisnis Asia reached a significant milestone as the two institutions jointly organized the first-ever Research Colloquium in Business and Technology on February 21, 2024, at the Rico Fajardo Hall, NEUST Sumacab Campus.

The event brought together researchers to exchange insights and foster cross-cultural academic dialogue. Ms. Marilene C. Hipolito, Director of NEUST's University Research Services Department, emphasized the importance of such collaborative efforts in furthering knowledge and innovation during her welcome remarks. Dr. Rachael R. Moralde, NEUST's Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training, made an inspiring address emphasizing the need for multi-disciplinary research in solving today's challenges.

The event featured presentations from both NEUST and Institut Teknologi Dan Bisnis Asia, highlighting a diverse range of research topics in business and technology. Four faculty members each from NEUST's College of Management and Business Technology (CMBT) and College of Information and Communications Technology (CICT) showcased their research findings. Additionally, visiting professors from Institut Asia presented their research contributions, enriching the academic discourse with perspectives from Malang, Indonesia.

The Research Colloquium aimed to provide a platform for intellectual exchange, facilitating discussions on the latest developments in business and technology. Furthermore, it sought to strengthen research collaborations between NEUST and Institut Teknologi Dan Bisnis Asia. Through this collaborative initiative, both institutions aspire to advance knowledge creation and promote academic excellence.
