GABALDON, Nueva Ecija – Six (6) faculty members from the Teacher Education Program (TEP) of NEUST Gabaldon Campus teamed up to institute the Leadership Development Program for LGU Gabaldon Employees: A Catalyst for Human Resource Transformation on October 27, 2023.

Municipal Mayor of Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, Hon. Atty. Jobby P. Emata, acknowledges the need for continuing personal and professional development in public service. In line with this, the TEP Faculty, spearheaded by program chairperson Mr. Jaypee R. Ms. Jennelyn D. Dalacat, Head of Human Resource Management Office - LGU Gabaldon, identified 287 employees who need to undergo training based on the status of appointment and length of service. This is to ensure that both newly hired and seasoned personnel will be given equal opportunities to receive support for their career development.
