EMPOWERED SUCCESS: IOLL PROGRAM HELP'S PROJECT CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATION (CSE) REVIEW FOR LGU LLANERA PERSONNEL

In the pursuit of professional growth, individuals often encountered hurdles that hindered their progress. For Local Government Unit (LGU) personnel in the Municipality of Llanera, the path to securing permanent employment faced challenges associated with the Civil Service Examination (CSE). Recognizing these obstacles, the IOLL Program HELP introduced a groundbreaking initiative to aid personnel in overcoming these hurdles.

Ms. Jiezel V. Alcantara spearheaded the Program HELP: Project CSE Review, with Dr. Rommel serving as the project proponent. The project's core objective was to provide invaluable assistance to LGU personnel, whether contractual or job order employees, to increase their chances of success in the CSE, a crucial step toward achieving permanent employment status.

The project boasted an impressive lineup of resource speakers, each an expert in their respective fields. Dr. Vlademir Turingan, Mr. Nikko J. Domingo, Dr. Walter P. Salva, Ms. Andrea F. Cortel, Mr. Roberto B. Salvador, Ms. Kristine Joy P. Molina, Ms. Marites P. Geronimo, Mr. Reynaldo J. Ilumin, Dr. Ma. Lourdes Quijano, Ms. Joan Lei Gonzales, Dr. Loriejane Jose, Dr. Juluis Jay Rodriguez, Mr. Harold Mejia, Ms. Anabelle Joy G. Lazaro, Dr. Maria Cristina Ferrer, Mr. John Rey B. Quiñones lent their expertise as resource speakers, covering diverse subjects crucial for the CSE.

Support facilitation was provided by Mr. Higino Chavez, ensuring a seamless and productive learning environment. The comprehensive review program encompassed general knowledge, reasoning ability, numerical ability, verbal ability, and current affairs, delivered by a team of experienced trainers and instructors.

Acknowledging the time constraints faced by personnel, the project offered flexible scheduling options. To address financial limitations, the program was made affordable with a subsidized or nominal fee, ensuring accessibility for all eligible staff members.

Apart from the interactive review sessions, the project provided participants with comprehensive study materials, including practice exams, sample questions, and relevant reference materials. These resources aimed to augment learning, allowing individuals to adequately prepare for the rigorous CSE.

The IOLL Program HELP's Project CSE Review for LGU Llanera Personnel was not just a review program; it was a holistic approach to empower individuals, providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and support to navigate the challenges of the Civil Service Examination. By doing so, the project aimed to significantly enhance participants' chances of securing permanent employment status, fostering career advancement, and personal growth. The doors to success were open, and LGU personnel in Llanera were invited to step through them with confidence, guided by the expertise of the distinguished resource speakers, the unwavering support of the Program HELP initiative, and the leadership of Municipality Mayor Hon. Ronnie Roy G. Pascual and SK Chairman Noel M. Antolin.
